About Brazilian Air Force:
Brazilian Air Force (FAB) is the aeronautical branch of the Brazilian Armed Force and is one of the three forces that make up the external defense of Brazil. The FAB was formed when the Army and Navy air branches were merged into a single military force. Both air branches transferred their equipment, facilities and personnel to the new armed force.
The Brazilian Air Force obtained its baptism of fire during World War II by participating in the anti-submarine war in the South Atlantic and, in Europe, as a member of the Brazilian Expeditionary Force that fought alongside the Allies on the front Italian.
According to Flight International and the International Institute of Strategic Studies, the FAB has an active force of 77,454 military personnel and operates around 627 aircraft, making it the largest air force in the southern hemisphere and the second in America, after the United Stades Air Force.
The Brazilian Presidential Airplane is an Airbus A319CJ model aircraft that was assembled in Hamburg, Germany already with the FAB painting of VC1A, and officially in Santos-Dumont. The plane is currently occupied by the current president of Brazil Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, having previously been used by Jair Bolsonaro, Michel Temer, Dilma Roussef and Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva himself during his first terms as president during the years 2003 to 2010 .
Why this livery?
We would like to have this painting in the simulator, have another plane alluding to our air force and be able to fly through the Brazilian skies exercising sovereignty and participating in the air exercises that are carried out together with the FAB. I know many will like it, we hope to have your vote.
