The A319neo does indeed exist however the A318neo does not. You can check out the Features request for the A319neo where you can vote to show your support for this aircraft to be added into the simulator in the future:

Considering there’s like only 3 commercial operators of the a319neo all in the same region id guess itll be a very long time before it has a chance at getting added to IF

The original A318 was pretty unpopular as it was, an A318neo would be a death sentence for Airbus.

Still hoping and praying to see the A319 neo one day in IF would be so much fun to fly across China!
Of the 4 commercial operators of the A319neo, 3 of them also own the A320neo (Tibet Airlines doesn’t). There’s no point spending weeks-months making a variant for just 1 exclusive commercial livery.

I don’t think the A319N will come as only a few airlines are operating it. The most airlines decided to take the A220 instead of the A319N.

I know that there is very little chance but thats not going to make me stop hoping and praying to one day see it in IF
