About the A220

The Airbus A220, formerly known as Bombardier CSeries, is a family of twin-engine aircraft developed by Bombardier, and later acquired by Airbus. These are narrow-body regional jets, comprising of the A220-100, which was formerly known as CS100, and the A220-300, which was formerly known as CS300.


About Airbus

Airbus is an European aerospace company, founded in December 1970. Until January 2014, the company was a subsidiary of EADS, which held 100% of the controlling interest. BAE Systems held 20% of the group’s shares until 2006, when it sold its stake to EADS. The company created many well known commercial aircraft, such as the A320 and A330 families.

I think we have the same pilots as before in the cockpit. I think I am seeing the blonde woman and bold Jeff
And the bird warning pattern is still wrong :(
Despite this, it still looks sick af though, can’t believe that my effort with 1000+ replies in the A220 feature request actually “came to life” and look as good as irl

I love this plane but absolutely don’t like how and A225 is being planned, it’d kill the A320 which is overall a better aircraft.

No it isn’t. In fact, Airbus has decided to drop the A320neo in favor of the A225. They will develop it and won’t protect the A320neo against the A220 anymore. Development of the A225 will commence after the production increase is complete.

Heartbreaking to me, the A320neo is just so much more to me…

Yeah, but on the other hand the A220 is the perfect replacement before the Hydrogen age or a next clean sheet

True, thankfully the A321 neo is here to stay. I don’t exactly like the look of the A220 opposed to the A320 neo.
