AirAsia Virtual Group is excited to invite the Infinite Flight Virtual Airline community to join us for our upcoming community event: Islands of Indonesia!

On October 1st, we’ll bring together pilots and Virtual Airlines from across the community for a shared AirAsia operation between two of Indonesia’s busiest destinations:

:indonesia: Jakarta (WIII) → Bali/Denpasar (WADD)

For this event, we want to do something a little different. Instead of each participating VA operating its own aircraft and livery, everyone will fly together under the AirAsia colours, creating a full stream of red tails across Indonesia. :red_circle:

We would love to see other VAs joining us for this operation. Participating Virtual Airlines will be recognised as official event partners, while their pilots join AAVG members for the flight to Bali.

No matter which VA you normally represent, for one flight we fly together in red.

If your VA would like to participate, reply to this topic or contact the AAVG Staff Team so we can add your VA to the participating partners.

Let’s fill Jakarta with AirAsia tails and create an unforgettable arrival into Bali. :indonesia::heart:

Pilots joining today’s Islands of Indonesia event are requested to park at:

:airplane_departure: WIII — Terminal 2E

Please select any available stand/gate within the Terminal 2E area. There is no individually assigned gate — the goal is to keep all participating aircraft together and create one large AirAsia lineup before departure. :red_circle::airplane:

Please avoid spawning on an occupied stand and allow enough space for other participating pilots.
