Air Stairs connecting instead of Jet bridge 22.4.1

Device: 2020 IPad Pro 11 inch
Operating system: IPadOS 15.5

I was recently checking out kmyr when I notice that when I tried to connect the jet bridge it would instead connect air stairs. Is this a known issue or was this intended.

If this happened at KJFK, the airport is going through a full rework, and the jet bridges are unavailable to use.

If this was at a different airport, please let me know, so I can pass it on to the team.
