The aircraft shown on the post is an E195, which isn’t in game. To your credit, Air Serbia had an E190, however… let’s say the livery wasn’t quite the best…
The picture on the post is an E195 and this isnt currently in the sim, the one that @AvioesEJogos posted was wet leased Air Serbia E190 from Marathon (same as the E195 posted above). Currently however Air Serbia has 1 E195 registered YU-ATB that is dry leased and another another expected to come registered YU-ATA, Air Serbia plans to have about 15 dry leased E195s in their fleet in the future, this might also include the E2 and maybe some E190s. The 2 pictures that were posted cannot be in the sim because they were both wet leased aircraft from Marathon airlines (E195 was SX-RMA, E190 was SX-PTM). But if Infinite flight ever adds the E195 or Air Serbia ever gets a dry leased E190 then the livery can be requested and added!

Yes, the wet lease agreement between Air Serbia and Marathon airlines has been terminated since February because there was an incident with a flight from Belgrade to Duesseldorf on OY-GDC another wet leased E195 from Marathon for Air Serbia, the Marathon airlines pilots did not correctly calculate how much runway they needed and ended up hitting the antennas at the end of the runway causing significant damage to the aircraft despite multiple warnings from Belgrade ATC, somehow the aircraft miraculously made it back to Belgrade after flying for 50 minutes wasting fuel and landed safetly without injuries, now Air Serbia is working on getting its own crew and own dry leased and own registered embraers
