Air Malta would definitely be a nice addition - it’s always nice to have new airlines added into the sim; and Air Malta definitely have quite a robust network

Air Malta has been in financial trouble for years and hasn’t been making any profit.
The good news is that there will be a new airline in Malta and the employees of Air Malta will be taken good care of by the government
If you mean being forced into worse contracts and reviving Air Malta as a LCC, yes. Otherwise everybody but the government will be worse off.

sadly air malta has retired their CEO fleet (currently they have NEOs) but still would be cool to see it in-game.
