I saw this air India aircraft from Brussels to camp springs I’m assuming it’s a storage facility of some sort. Am I right to think this?

Air India isn’t dying :) its just doing what other airlines doing, getting rid of the least efficient aircraft (and maybe get the 747-8) <---- i hope

Yes but that’s only because it’s owned by the goverment still they provide a good service and invocation where possible obviously money is a attribute to that but In Air India’s case they aren’t the best airline are they?
