Unfortunately due to NDA regulations we sign as airport employees we are under contract with Federal Agencies to not share information not yet disclosed to the public. If the information becomes public I’ll share however for you to ask such question I assume news and main media outlets haven’t released it yet. I know it seems like a waste to respond but I wanted to make you aware of the fact there are laws that prohibit for example airport employees sharing information with the public that has not been released yet by the main stream media.
One thing I also wanted to add on to the above is that there is a reason you cannot find information. These are global leaders travelling with national security agencies from their respective countries whos jobs it is to protect these leaders at all costs. Given the current geopolitical climate I would be massively surprised if this information is released at all, likely due to concerns that their flight movements would cause security concerns. The only way to know is to sit and wait at the spotting location you usually use.
We can be arrested and charged under federal statutes for releasing said information before the news or public hears about it from the said agency/agencies involved and in this case it is country and state leaders.
Edit: the exact charge would be unauthorized disclosure which is punishable by up to 10yrs in jail and fines

There is a high percentage chance, yes.
One idea that might help is trying to get near real time traffic updates for the motorcade. When freeway closures happen at the 101 presumably that which is when he us taken back to sfo, it might give you an estimate what time the departure is.
Or have someone spot around the area he’s around Friday for road closures as well to give you a heads up. You can see heavy traffic on goodle maps and can assume a freeway being of closed ahead of time.
Once I landed in SFO and was standing in the FBO and there was a huge 767 and sprinter vans with security. Later, when I got to my hotel there was a sign welcoming the VP of Taiwan!
