Air Canada Virtual: Seven Years of Connecting

Air Canada Virtual Presents: Seven Years of Connecting

An Official Air Canada Virtual Event

Hello, Bonjour, Bienvenue, Welcome.

We’re excited to be coming back with our seven year anniversary event to celebrate the grand opening of our VA! This is our yearly tradition where we get to celebrate the occasion with the very community that has made our VA such a success.

We hope you enjoy this year’s event, Seven Years of Connecting where we’ll explore Canada from coast-to-coast-to-coast.

Will you be attending? Let us know!

A Note to ACVA Pilots

You do not need to fly in the featured routes, connecting the country from coast-to-coast-to-coast. Flying anywhere within Canada will earn you 2x on your PIREP(s). Flying in any one of the legs listed below will earn you 3x on your PIREP(s).

For the past seven years, each of our anniversary events have had a theme to them: Airport features, international connections, staying home, etc. This year, we’re happy to truly connect this country with our Coast-to-Coast-to-Coast: Seven Years of Connecting event! We’re be travelling from one end of the country to the other, making notable stops in some key cities across Canada.

Pilots will have the opportunity to see Canada’s rocky east coast and mountainous west coast, with the flatlands, farmlands, and snowy north in between! With each route comes a suggested aircraft to fly, giving each leg of journey that immersive and realistic feeling, whilst getting the chance to explore our entire fleet.

Air Canada Virtual was founded in January of 2018 by Sean Hickey. He brought together a team of 5 individuals from many different VA’s with many different talents. Within 5 days of opening, we had over 25 active pilots and were immediately making an impact in the community.

Today, Air Canada Virtual is Infinite Flight’s largest VA in Canada. A founding member of Star Alliance Virtual, ACVA holds a responsibility to pave the way for responsible leadership in the community. With a vast network to explore and a massive fleet to pilot, every newcomer and existing member will find something to love. Through four divisions - Mainline, Rouge, Express, and Cargo - we continue to connect all of earth’s six habitual continents. Our Elevation Rewards Program is a community one-of-its-kind, where members can earn bonuses in many programs such as our renown Career Mode.

You can always estimate fuel usage and use Flight Aware and other trackers to get Flight Plan info.

This will be my first time of joining as VA pilot, instead of Guest Pilot ✌️😎😃🇨🇦
