Nice livery I’m just so confused is it like a shared plane . Do airberlin pilots fly it and Etihad pilots or is it owned by one airline just with another airlines logo on it

It is owned by Air Berlin.

No, Airberlin is part of the Etihad Partners Group. Etihad owns a little bit of the airlines in the group (Jet Airways, Alitalia, etc.)
