Due to the different change that we had to do with our Crew Center’s we don’t have an POTM for this month.
We at Air Belgium Virtual want’s to thanks all of you who’ve been patient during this transition month, we did some try for new features but unfortunately it wasn’t a success. Hello everyone, today we have a good news to announce.
— A new logo
Just as we had done for Halloween, we decided to put in place a special logo for Christmas, it was completely revised from a color point of view and the background was updated to fit the spirit of Christmas and the winter season.
— A fresh style
Something new that we also decided to do is to change all our banners from our thread and put them in the Christmas colors in the same idea as our logo. You’ll see, the rendering is great!
The most important thing to remember for this event “Christmas” is that we will implement a new program that will allow you to make a tour in as many nordic countries as possible, the goal, carried this Christmas spirit around the world. We hope that the routes we have chosen will please you, all routes will be flying only with our neo Airbus A330-900.
— Our Gift, to you!
We also wanted to mark this event by offering you a gift, our dear pilots, a gift that will make your life easier when you fly under our colors. We are pleased to introduce, from today, the ACARS System and the Event Plug-in, these are now part of our Crew Center and your will make life easier in every way. We will release an explanatory video about this soon.

Today we are pleased to announce that we have an event in partnership with Aerolineas Argentinas Virtual. We are pleased to do this partnership with one of our codeshare VA. They have reserved 5 gates for us, the destination will be the wonderful city of Posadas.

We are delighted to announce that Air Belgium (IRL) has decided to start cargo operations on B748F in 2022. We have therefore decided to implement a cargo division within our database route. The cargo routes are not yet known so we will base ourselves on the one performed by CMA CGM at the beginning and then we will adapt to the Air Belgium network. Note that CMA CGM Air Cargo flies under Air Belgium callsign.

Hello everyone, today we have a sad news to announce.
I’m here today to announce you a sad news. Our Human Ressources Manager have decided to leave his position of HRM due to personal reason in the real world and we totally understand his decision.
I and all the team wanted to thanks @RickG for their wonderful services as staff here, you where the first staff in here and you will miss us a lot we wish you the best in your future project.
@RickG will stay here as an Advisor after requesting to be able to stay here and I really wanted to let him the right to stay here after all they did for the VA.

I have the greatest honor to announce that our VA has been voted the best new VA/VO of the year 2021. I must admit that I did not expect it, I am so proud because thanks to all the work we have provided in order to manage to win this wonderful title! I wanted to thank the whole team of staff and all the pilots who are there every day with us to make this VA live!
I would also like to say a word about this year 2021 which, although our VA is only open in October, will have been simply crazy for us because we were lucky to have several people who wanted to apply for our VA despite the fact that we have few routes, we fixed this problem by introducing many codeshares! And we are more than happy to say that a lot of programs will see the day during the year 2022.
Thanks also to all the VA/VO who trust us by making codeshares with us and we are happy to have you as a partner. We hope the best for the year 2022 to all our pilots, Staff, and codeshare but also to the entire Infinite Flight community.
Also, congrats to @flybarroso with TAPVA for the second place on the podium in the rewards for the best new VA/VO! You really deserve it, you did an amazing job!

Just joined this VA. I first want to congratulate Air Belgium on Best New VA of 2021! What an accomplishment in and of itself. This VA has a CEO and staff second to none. Organization and professionalism is astonishing.
I would recommend this VA to anyone looking to join a VA that is still in the growing stage and grow with the VA.

— TAP Virtual | Codeshare

— Where is the codeshare routes ?
We are currently adding the codeshare routes on this system but you can already start doing pirep with that by checking the flight number on our airtable.
— Ranking System Lifted
With immediate effect, our rank system will be lifted for reasons of rework. We will work over the next few days on a new rank system for you, our pilots and do it better than before because we know that imposing restrictions on our codeshares is not necessarily the best idea.
— Crowned Club Member
We are pleased to announce today that the Crowned Club Member is open. The Crowned Club Member is the “private” club for the most active people within the VA and who have shown a real desire to participate in the projects. These people will have access to a private channel and perks that will be announced to you in a few days, when we will have re-rank the system.

We’ve created a page that will take you to our event schedule this year. This page will be updated at each event and each month to post the event schedule. We are doing this to let you know when our events will be for the coming month. For the moment this is not something automatic but we are actively working on it to have it active as automatic. — Air Belgium Virtual | Removing of the A346
Air Belgium recently indicated its willingness to withdraw their A343 from service, which seems normal with their new A339. We decide, with immediate effect, to also remove them from the fleet. It’s not just for that reason that we’re doing it, we’re seeing very few pilots who have the will to fly that plane. That’s largely why we’re removing it from the fleet.
— Air Belgium Virtual | Charter Program
A new program will be introduced in the coming month within the VA. This program will aim to allow pilots to fly where they want according to a schedule indicate who will be, as our featured-routes update every week. This will be based on a featured region and pilots will be able to fly to or from EBBR or EBCI.
