Try this To resolve this issue, go to Settings → Accessibility → Text to speech output → Install voice data.
Remove all voices that are possible to remove, then download & install them again. Specifically the English options. That should do the trick!

Have you tried just restarting the app?
I’ve run into the app not recognizing the TTS engine and installed voices the first time the app was launched after being installed.
After a relaunch everything was fine.
not yet. i m flying currently wothout ap+.
