Today Aer Lingus took delivery of its very first A321XLR but not one but two were delivered today.
EI-XLR arrived into Dublin at 14:11 with EI-XLT at 21:10
With the LR in its fleet and has a range of up to 4,000nm but with the XLR it has a 700nm increase in its range than the A321LR. What Aer Lingus should have done they should have stuck the mask on the XLR as the LR and XLR will look exactly the same without the mask they should have added it so people can identify the mask as the XLR variant and when they see the LR with no mask they can identify its the LR variant
And luckily I was there to witness the first arrival
