About this Event
Aegean Virtual is starting up a new event series, called “The Beauty of Greece”! In this series, we fly to Greece from countries nearby to explore and enjoy the majestic scenery of the mainland and its tiny dotted islands. This week, departing out of Belgrade, we visit Heraklion, the capital of Crete, a large island south of the Greek mainland. The home of the ancient Minoans, the Minotaur and the birthplace of famous artist El Greco, this city also boasts some spectacular views from the air. No wonder its airport, N. Kazantzakis, is absolutely packed during the summer as tourists flock to enjoy their holidays on this lovely island. Make sure not to miss this flight into this beautiful seaside city!
