If it is the same OS (i.e. apple) then you just log is as normal, then pressed ‘restore purchases’ or ‘I already have a subscription’ (I think).
You can’t use two at the same time though, but your account can be used on whatever device.
Sign in on live on any device however only use one at a time to fly.
Ok thanks.
I should have clarified that I have IF on my Ipad but now I have the tablet which is Microsoft. Does that change anything?
Is IF available on the Microsoft App Store?
Infinite Flight stopped supporting Windows Phone a while ago now for the reason below.
If you’re talking about a PC version of Infinite Flight, it is not available to the public. However, you can show your enthusiasm in the thread below. :)
I saw the APP available for purchase on the google or MS site. Not sure but it was there.
Well I think it isn’t on there anymore so unfortunately you have to use an iOS or android device if you want to use it.
Thank you for contacting support.
Unfortunately purchases made through the App Store or Google PlayStore do not transfer to the opposing App Store, whether Apple or Android. Each App Store has control over their own purchases, not allowing them to be honored by the opposite store, much like a game for Xbox would not be recognized by PlayStation.
That being said, if you do have a Live or Live+ subscription currently I can transfer that to your new account. Those with Live+ will also have all regions and aircraft transferred because those items are part of the Live+ subscription. If you do have a Live subscription, please provide me with the following:
In very rare circumstances, stats and progress will unsuccessfully transfer to your new account. Providing the following information is your acceptance of this risk and permission to merge your accounts.
Thank you for allowing me to assist you today and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Best Wishes,
Tyler
