Add "stand by, stand by, flare" for BA A318

Before landing, there is a voice that calls “stand by, stand by, flare”, so it would add more realism to the landing at EGLC.

It would make the flare timing at EGLC better. It would be awesome if they also fix the altitude calls if this is included.
