Add comments to edit?

I’ve noticed that you seem to be able to add comments when you’ve edited a wiki:

How do you actually do these? I’ve tried but can’t figure it out. Would be useful when adding things to the pilot callsign matrix or Instagram accounts list to easily be able to identify the edit

In all seriousness, you must be on desktop mode to write comments for your edits (either on computer or mobile).
