Acrobatics flight violation

Hello people ✈️

I was flying about 2 hours ago and my plane went into a loss just when taking off and the app put me that I was doing acrobatic flight when I was trying to recover the plane ✈️ and I went down from grade 5 to grade 3 for that action and I think it’s unfair because I was flying in expert mode leaving from Copenhagen to Barcelona and I think the infraction can be removed since I did nothing and the App I stented that I was doing acrobatic flight

I hope you can appeal and remove the sanction, thank you very much and good afternoon fromBarcelona.
