Account statistics and AP+ data not found

Every time I load in after both uninstalling and restarting it says account statistics not found, followed by not being able to find my current AP+ flight which I started an hour and a half ago.

I was able to load in and my account is working but this is now happening.

My AP+ flight is discontinued to the destination and when I’m logged in i found no flight plan route to my intended destination, what is happening here ?
