“Account not accepting messages”

Hi there. I’ve recently applied to some virtual airlines and a couple of them have told me that my account is “not accepting messages“ and therefore they are unable to message me via PM here on the community, but only via email. I tried searching through my settings, and it appears that I can get messages from other people; I private message people all the time, but I don’t understand why this is happening.

Confirm this setting is on? Its under “users”.

Ahhh I see. I had both checked off. Problem solved. Thanks so much. I couldn’t find that setting to save my life. Thank you both @schyllberg
