So I purchased pro on my iPhone and I never connect my Facebook or google and I want to have that account on my iPad.

Unfortunately, it is not possible without connecting facebook or google. You could try contacting Schyllberg but he is probably asleep at the moment.

Signing in to the same Apple ID as your iPhone should work. I do not see a reason why it wouldn’t.
