Good evening all, just came onto here to see if i can get an issue of mine sorted with IF. I have been trying to link up my account for i’d say… months now, doesn’t seem to work at all. Currently using an Iphone 14+.
Once i click on Link Account and put in my Community Account details it says “Error 5 already linked” which i am not, ive cleared app cache of course reset my app and all the other bells and whistles. Is there any way for this to be done from a third party ie infinite flight support? Doubt it since it includes sensitive and personal information.
Just want to Link my account, With that comes more opportunities with IFATC and so on,

Hello, unfortunately if you follow all of the troubleshooting steps, there is not much else that can be done. You will need to wait for @schyllberg to assist you. Do you by chance have more than one community account?

Hence the error :)
I’ve deleted the entry now though so you should be good to go!

Thanks so much, is there a way for me to show my username in game alongside a Virtual Organisation if i end up having one? Probably a repetitive question you get a lot but can be hard to navigate things like this. Currently it’s showing my Username as letters and numbers. Just want to get this all sorted so i’ll be able to go for ATC eventually :) Thank you
There’s a setting for that under Settings → Online in the app.
VA’s show depending on how you have it set on your profile here in IFC
Still actually says i’m unlinked, not too sure what could be going on i’ve reset the app. Could take a little while to come through on my end. Selection is grey and unable to be enabled.
