I got a new ipad not long ago, and when I logged in to my account, my account went blank again, which was an account with no data, and my flight hours and everything disappeared

It looks like you have bought a subscription for a new account. I would request you to send an email to and the support team shall help you out. In the mail, I request you to attach your last used callsign.
