Hello, I am a newly returned player. I have a question. My account level is level 3, but when I logged in today, it showed level 1. Why is this? I can prove that this account belongs to me and is also level 3.

It looks like your IFC account and Pro subscription has been accidentally linked to a “blank” Infinite Flight account - one with no stats. I can’t see your Infinite Flight stats on your IFC Profile (on my end at least) which possibly backs this theory up.
This is something Seb (schyllberg) can fix by transferring the information over to your Grade 3 account. Just need to wait for him to see this topic.
