Account cannot be found

Hi, I have a problem, don’t know who to reach out to:

I have an account on Level 3, switched to Ipad, but cannot find my account there under my e-mail and just find, don’t know why, an old one with level 1.

When I click on "switch account” and click on “sign in with infinite flight”, it doesn’t show a log in site it just shows the site attached so I only can click “authorize ”.

Apple ID and the email for my correct IF account are the same, could someone just reach out and help me sort this please? Thanks!

It looks like you had it linked to a blank account.
So try linking it now in the app where you have access to the subscription and after that you should be all ok!
