Hello, I didn’t think my annual subscription was on auto renew and was planning on renewing it next month when I have more funds. It actually auto renewed today unexpectedly so I’m wondering if I can cancel it and receive a refund somehow, or if it needs to be done through Apple as I have an iPad and the app was downloaded through the apple store… any help is much appreciated!
Each store has their own policy regarding how refunds for an app, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are handled.
iTunes policy is that all app sales are final. We are not able to provide refunds, but you may be able to receive a refund by emailing iTunes customer service making your request.
