He but you have 6 reports in 2 years you need 5

For you to be back to your grade all the numbers have got to be highlighted green if one is orange well you have not meet the requirements

By the looks you are going to have to speak to someone about getting a report removed or you just gonna have to wait 2 years first it to clear

Ok then looks to be that then your gonna have to stay grade 3 until at least one report clears which will take 2 years

Here’s how it works:
There are a bunch of requirements to access the expert server. One of them is pilots may not have 5 or more ghosts in the last 365 days (or one year). That’s from this topic.
According to your grade table, you have 5 ghosts in the last year. That is why you can’t access expert.
You need to wait until one of those ghosts is a year old. Right now, you have been ghosted 5 times in the last year. That’s not expert material.
