What violations belong to what level?
You can refer to a few big points.
If you don’t follow with the radar vector or program given by ATC and everything related to the runway are LV3 violation, and the rest is LV2 violation.

Here’s a short summary:
Level 1 - Minor errors, system reported violations (think acrobatics or overspeeds). 3+ issued in rapid succession = kicked off of live server but can respawn.
Level 2 - IFATC reported. Not terrible, but not good. These disconnect you from the server but can continue the flight offline. Can respawn On ES
Level 3 - IFATC reported. You’ve done something very wrong. Disconnected from server and no ES access for 7 days.
