Hello!

I can’t find Galaxy M11 in Google Play Store’s device catalog, but given the M10 is compatible - is your device rooted, have the bootloader unlocked or something similar?

I didn’t do any root or unlocked, I don’t know why my device is not supporting?

Try clearing Google play cache and data

Go to Settings, Apps, Google Play Store, Storage

Clear data
