That’s interesting. I was commenting based off of this topic:

You seriously can’t watch replays involving Pro Aircraft/Airports once your subscription expires?

I canceled my monthly Pro subscription a couple of days ago and it expired today. I wanted to watch a replay but saw that it was grayed out, along with most of my other replays. What’s the reason behind not being able to watch replays without Pro? This seems really greedy to me. I have to say that I’ve not been impressed with this game lately.

This is actually the reason. Unfortunately, it’s a side effect of how the replay system works. When viewing a replay, the app actually considers it as a normal flight/ATC session. The only real difference is that it reenacts parameters that were recorded for the specific session. This “issue” was even considered a bug initially during the Beta phase when the replay was first introduced.
