I mean I have a big dream of becoming an emirates A380 captain one day I’m still young by the way under 18 and I do have a lot of knowledge in flying commercial thanks to this game and other stuff but thanks anyway

Thanks for the advice I’ve tried that and it really helped but does it really take time for the plane to gradually increase altitude because it took loads of time for me

Yes, it absolutely does. Think about it this way: you are pushing a cart that has a tank of water, but this tank is leaking. At the start it will be hard for you to push it, but as the time goes - water is leaking out and therefor it’s easier for you to push it and perhaps you can do it even fast or up a hill!
