A350 Violent rocking

this happens to me to but the plane wont climb. The planes nose’s pitch is so high it starts to stall. That’s when on climb and approach. On approach, the planes starts to rock even with a light amount to land. And on the speed of 200 kts, it stalls and I die. If the developers could fix this, it would be great

What’s your flap setting on approach? That might be a factor too.
At 200 KIAS I’m usually at Flaps 2, or sometimes even 3.

Here’s something that was posted sometime earlier:

the climb or decent issues at lower altitudes have more to do with flap & trim settings as well as v/s especially with the AP turned on

don’t think its a technical issue with aircraft itself

Hey guys, same thing happened to me when leaving the Falkland islands (EGYP) on the A350. Since it was just after takeoff, I might have indeed been too heavy to climb to my cruising altitude (FL350). On the other hand, this rocking happened upon my descent a few days ago when flying the A330. Strange indeed

at 200 kts, im at 1 or 1+f plaps

that happens to me on the a350 and the a330. strange

I’d check the weight and balance you may have been to high for the weather.

yeah, I had a velocity speed of 200 which worked well but still wouldn’t let me at FL390 so I stuck to FL350 until in the morning where I gradually climbed up to FL410 close to KLAX when I had lost some fuel

i’ll take that into account! Thank you guys for all the tips!

Yup. Happened once on the 330 a few days ago

Also I think it’s a bug because let’s say your in an 787 very heavy (MTOW) when you takeoff it Doesent rock at all it’s just when your heavy in the A350 so in my opinion it could get a little bug fix but it’s up to the devs on what they decide but I still love the plane

you will need the staff to confirm if it’s a bug or not at first just like with the A321, A330, B777 back in the day of which all of them were fixed

personally I wouldn’t operate an a350 like I do a 787 but non the less I just tested what you mentioned I takeoff with a weight above MTOW with flap two & 30% trim I rotate at 160+ I noticed the plane being heavy but I also had my throttle on 90% only so the plane was barely picking up speed then I added full throttle and only climbed at about 2000 to 2600 v/s then removed one flap and kept it flaps 1.5 until I got to 245kts of which I engaged AP at around 5000ft from there I climbed up to FL370 at 2000/1600 v/s without any issues mentioned here obviously I quickly realized FL370 was too high for the weight although I had like 40% trim the N1 was at 96% or so and that’s another indication that I am too heavy for that altitude so i descended down to FL350 it was much more stable there the N1 was at 89%

other factors to include such as tailwinds of around 96kts on cruise altitude I encountered but non the less I think it’s more a pilot error issue rather than it’s being a bug unless confirmed obviously
