A330's from Greece

I know for a fact that edelweiss fly their A330 to LGIR the odd time

I don’t think Thessaloniki is big enough for the A330. You may try military airports

Delta operates their A333 to Atlanta and it also used to go to JFK.

I believe Turkish Airlines goes to Istanbul

You have to use generic livery for this, but Sunclass airlines (former Thomas Cook Scandinavia) use a330 to Rhodes sometimes from Stockholm
