The premier video is scheduled for Tom but does this mean the update will come out tomorrow or is it coming out later like next week I really hope it comes out tomorrow because we’ve been waiting for what seems like forever but does anybody know for sure if it’s coming tomorrow or later

No, the premier is just a trailer of what’s to come. However, it sometimes includes a release date/open beta.

All it means, is that the premier is scheduled to be premiered tomorrow. It’s got nothing to do with the release of the update :)
