The screenshots are work-in-progess shots. The above model is not at all final, and is likely undergoing rigourous testing and refining prior to the public release.
The Infinite Flight team has a very dedicated group of alpha and beta testers, who likely have noticed the issue you have pointed out. If the issue persists through to the release-ready build, by all means point it out. Although, I suspect this all may just be a quirk with the camera angles and lighting present in the above screenshots.
There’s nothing to be suspicious of, you can open the app and check the A321 Neo.
