I am currently en route to PHL over FL and the throttle is being weird during climb. Could it be the winds?

During climb the throttle randomly cuts then goes full power and stays then does the cut a full power again.
Oh yeah I get that- probably the winds.

Is the airspeed indicator moving up and down rapidly? And is the wind gusting a lot?
I just reached cruise and it was doing it rapidly winds were at 23kts, so i’m sure it’s the wind.

This does happen. Normally it’s because of the winds.
This happens to me all the time. Is it have a seizure where it goes from 25% to 93% in a span of 1.5 seconds?

Always reminds me of these things when your throttle goes crazy.

This generally happens when the weather updates every so often~ rather than making a smooth jump, the winds quickly shift, causing throttle to jump up or down.
