A320 nose pitching down when cruising

I was flying an A320 as Jetblue 125 on So-Cal TS1. In cruse in noticed that the nose was pitched down. Has anyone had this problem?

You are going too fast (AirSpeed) for your current altitude. And you have flaps, which is not needed above 240 knots

Why are you at 320 KIAS at 10100ft?

He’s in IF Nimrod mode.

In fact, Vfe for the 320 at flaps 1 is around 230 kn.

You need to adjust your trim as well.

Drop the flaps, adjust trim and maybe start climbing.

Was just a random put value ;)
