Im not able to get Cockpit & Window Light at all 4 Time selections.

In day time the light isn’t meant to be on because you have natural light. Sunset, Sunrise and night come with window lights and cockpit lights. This is probably an unseen issue that will be resolved ASAP, possibly along with the iOS release but this is no official information

You need to have your aircraft settings up to high

You need to have aircraft settings high. Otherwise it will not work…
