A320 Family Rework

I’d love to see the A320NEO in IF

I honestly think that they need a Delta A320. They have a Delta A319 and A321, but no A320 :(

This rework is needed , some liveries like easyJet A320 are truly missing. @easyWig

This rework is needed and won’t take that much time as the others before , as this airplane is not as big as B777 or B752, it already has cockpit + wingflex , so adding cargo doors + doors + cabin + sounds are completely possible for it nowadays as they did it on much bigger aircrafts.
I don’t know if you got the point that I meant but anyways, the A320 is a very flown aircraft in IF and IRL so , yeah, needed.

This airplane truly deserves it.

I’d love to see 3D interior and working doors etc, and maybe the most requested liveries like easy jet new livery or interjet liveries to say some.

Agreed! 320 series definitely needs a spruce up to complete with the new reworks that have just came out now. Especially liveries 😉

The A320 family needs a bit of an update. Moving doors and hold doors + a functioning cabin would be good and engine sound update. So long as IF don’t compromise on Cabin lighting when it’s dark, all’s good

As you’re currently doing a A320 routes thread, why not voting and commenting about this rework that is clearly needed ?! @BritishAirways001

Same as I posted on the new 737 thread: why? This plane has been reworked already: wing flex, live cockpit, many, many liveries. Besides an interior and new sounds what is needed? There are many aircraft in the fleet that need to be prioritized. Months spent just to give the A320 an interior would be a waste right now. Enjoy what you have with the A32- series already!

And also on the subject of liveries: in a full rework (which is what an interior would require), all liveries have to be redone. Adding an interior increases memory usage, and as a result we likely wouldn’t be seeing any new liveries (since there are so many already). Keeping the 737 and A320 as is, with less-intensive memory models, allows us to still enjoy these aircraft while potentially seeing a few new liveries (think Kenya and United 2019 from 20.1)

Well this is a good idea so I will vote but I don’t know why they don’t rework this aircraft

I’ve seen useless ideas but none more useless as this in a while. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the A320 families right now. It’s a fine model and looks fine.

Also, the A320 NEO is in no way a new airline whatsoever. It’s merely the same A320 frame from the mid 1980’s but with new engines and added sharklets. That’s it.

Sorry to burst your bubble but these are just facts. 🤷‍♂️

Because it doesn’t need a rework.

@ClassicAirlinerLover, I agreed with you, but even if the A320 family is fine (like the 787 family), there are things missing:

  • Opening doors.
  • The IAE’s and CFM’s sound.
  • The whistling sound.
  • And much more…
