Nothing like that has happened to me (unless it’s a hard landing ;))

Maybe when you touch down, pull up, if your speed permitted

I have had this too and I’m not landing too fast or descending too fast but it doesn’t happen all the time.

@Laurens can explain likely

I get it to. It’s because I land at such a low speed

If you land without spoilers, the gear doesn’t slam down. I think the effect of the spoilers are a bit excessive?

@LSZH34 is right.
For some reason in IF the spoilers cause the nose gear to slam the ground (in real world happens the opposite: the airflow passing over the spoilers lets the nose pitching up).

Same happens on the 737s, 747s and I’d say the 777s too.

I land the A318, A319, and A320 between 120-125 knots. But the A321 at 130 knots

This happens even if you land with APPR on the entire family. It’s extremely annoying. Especially if your landing in a cross wind and you don’t have enough to time to get the nose on the center line.

When I land manually I don’t have this problem :)

The A320/21 I have the same problem with you, no matter how smooth I make the landing, the nose gear just loves to slam into the Tarmac.

I will try that and see if it works :)
