Say you took off from your airport at 4:35 PM, when the sun was almost down but not really down.
You might not remember the exact time when you land 10 hours later, but you want to go back to your replay with the same exact time it was back then.
I’ve tried clicking on “Current Time” but it brings you to the actual current time, not the time it was during your flight.
To get around this I’ve had to screenshot/write down the times of key parts in my flight that I’ve been wanting to go back to, but sometimes you might not be there for it.
Let me know your thoughts. I’ve looked all around and can’t find a request that has this. This would make going back to the original time much easier.
Thanks,
Rocco
I’m a big fan of this idea, especially as someone who takes a lot of screenshots. I always screenshot the time when I takeoff but it gets a little annoying so you have my vote
Fully support this, when I’m landing there can be an awesome sunset going on, but the time replay sets it to what the current time is, it’s pretty annoying
Right. You’re paying attention to landing, not the current time. Especially if the airport is in a time zone halfway across the world from yours, you may not know what time it is there when you go to look back.
If you use unicom, then when you watch your replay, it tells you the specific time at which you sent a message, in Zulu. You can adjust the time setting to that specific Zulu time to replicate the flight at the exact time it occurred in the sim. If you don’t use Unicom then yes, you’d need to take a few notes:P
