A Tribute To 9/11 Victims

Mrs Sweeney also called AA flight services, reporting the stabbings, the hijacking by Middle Eastern men and the plane’s erratic flight path.
At 8.44, she told a manager: “Something is wrong. We are in a rapid descent we are all over the place.”
Asked what she could see out of the window, she said: “I see water. I see buildings. We are flying low. We are flying very, very low. We are flying way too low. Oh my God we are flying way too low. Oh my god!”

Those were the last words from American Flight 11 before it crashed into the North Tower of the WTC at 8.46:40.

Three other aircraft were doomed to make impact with either buildings or the ground on this horrible day. This day would and has been etched into the minds of every single person who saw it. I was only four at the time but I still have this image imprinted in my mind of the tv being on and my parents crying. There was a lot of smoke and fire and screaming going on in the tv. At the time I had no idea what was happening and all I was interested in was getting my toy back from the dog. 14 years later I humbly bow my head and mourn the loss of over 3000 people!
The world has not been the same because of this. Tighter security processes were put in place, stricter focus on allowing plane spotting.
Everyone at Infinite Flight Pictures Media📸 Humbly bows as we remember this tragic event that happened on 9/11! Everyone who died that day will not be forgotten. #westandbehindthefamilies

Please don’t comment about moving on we already have but we still need to show honour to those thousands that died that could have been anyone’s family members or friends, we still remember fallen soldiers from wars and the wars themselves and as far as I’m concerned this was more or a tragic day to more people then you think and it’s basically a massive part of history now

It is a huge colossal part of our history. I wish it wasn’t. I actually lost 3 family members in that tragedy! (Distant relatives) that’s why this means so much to me that we remember all who died.

And yet the TSA haven’t moved on to newer technology. On Airlinereporter.com you hear of people going thru security in other countries & being reminded how much better it is.

I have noticed that in some countries they don’t care but the TSA is very strict from what I have heard and they do a good job but I haven’t experienced it, I don’t think the security in Dubai is very good they had unprofessional women doing it of Chinese descent I believe in airport uniform, you would at least think they were trained properly with uniform but they weren’t and they didn’t even ask for anything to be taken out

Yeah my mum is security in a airport and there were proposed United flights to America and if it were to go ahead it would mean they would have to be really stick and check everything, it’s not easy as some may think as its hard to get flights into America without having so many security checks. Unfortunately Newcastle airport got the deal so no direct flights to America for us :(

I sincerely hope nothing happens for us…so saddening

I’m bumping this back up because today is 9-11-16, fifteen years exactly since this event.
Today is the day we remember in silence. We remember our fallen brothers! We remember…

One of my mom’s friends family members was a medic in an ambulance, diving down the road. They saw the 3rd plane hit the pentigon, and where literally the first ones there.

Just posted a new video. Warning it is graphic and I personally starred at the screen in horror. How someone could do that to another person is just beyond me. Let’s gather together today as we close out the evening (at least in my time) of the worst aviation terrorist attack in American history
