A quick flight plan question

Hello, I am about to do a transatlantic flight, should I use fixes or should I just make the flight plan straight to the airport? I’m going to do SAWH to EDDF in the 737, and I gotta make sure i’m fuel efficient. (since i’ll be taking off with 113% load, what flaps and power setting should I use?)

The Best thing is to use a flight plan generator or use a oceanic track

While this may not be 100% accurate, you can use this guide by @Kuba_Jaroszczyk for the flap settings and power setting! It’s a great source!
