when infinite flight adds new 3d airports to the game in future updates, i was thinking of a mystery 3D airport which people have got to find. when they find this airport, it will not have any keys saying it is 3D. It would have to be somewhere in the world. If someone finds that “mystery” airport, they could win a free 1 month IF pro subscription!
Here’s the issue though, there are over 15,000 airports in the world. Infinite Flight has 136 airports that are 3D out of the 15,000 plus airports that are in the world. Any idea to make this a bit simpler?
And more being added as time goes on (real world and IF)
Good feature though
A way to make this more simple could be saying the type of airport, for example saying its an International Gateway, then mention which side of the world or country it is in.
This could eliminate certain parts of the world thus making it more refined.
And each update, the devs could say something like this.
“In this update we feature a mystery airport, this mystery airport is a military base which can be found in the Middle East.
And every update or even every other update it changes. So lets say they do every other update, 22.3 (example update),
“In this update we feature a mystery airport, this mystery airport is a GA airfield which can be found in Europe.”
Not only would this refine and make it fun, but it keeps the engagement there!
I definitely find this a feature that could work and I do support this!

yeah i was thinking that aswell. in a certain region, and if someone finds it they have to tag infinite flight and be like: #foundthemystery3dairport or something like that.
give hints in a specific region
And they have to screenshot it to have proof

No clue, nothing, it’ll be 1:15000 chance, wins a 3 months sub.
Any clues given, then what’s the use, it’ll only end up becoming a give away in less than 3 minutes because IFC members are an amazing bunch of super detailed detectives with wide range of knowledge from what I’ve seen.
That could be an issue though. First of all, imagine how many tags Infinite flight will get in a short time. Second of all, there is a possibility for a troll to just spam infinite flight. That would not be fun imo.
Otherwise this is an iteresting idea though.
Or maybe they could provide a set date to start getting submissions and the ppl or did have to submit a photo of the airport and on the map for proof
and then another finders keepers will be…
