I have linked my community account to infinite flight, but other people saw my account shows like this:

This maybe also causes some failed connection in digitalcrew, and the VA marker cannot be added.

However, I can see my connection is correctly linked with my own account. :grimacing:
I am so looking forward our stuffs would help me to solve this problem. Thanks you

Hello!

That’s because you’ve linked it to a blank account, not the account you’re showing in the screenshot. This is something you did in December last year.

I’ve manually corrected it for you now though.
