- Question 5, my answer is looking for a coffee shop and chill there until 15 minutes before boarding.
- Question 6, my answer related to Question no.8. I prefer Aisle because Indonesian Airlines seating are terribly incapacious and I need to get off immediately due to it. although that also depends if I still able to get Emergency Door seating, I would prefer the Window seats.
The majority of my flights are work-related. Meaning it is pretty quick notice, 2-3 weeks before I actually fly, it is pretty regional, somewhere in the US. I usually fly first class, being 6’5" it’s hard to sit really anywhere else. There are times where I will sit economy if I can get an exit row seat.
95% percent of the flights I take are for work. The rest are personal, I fly around 15-20 round trips a year.
I Don’t remember all routes ive flown on… But i do know which airlines in buisness class
-
Japan Airlines 787-9 RJAA-KDFW
-
Delta Airlines 738, A321, A320, Emb170, B767, 737, B747, B787
-
Cathay Pacific KLAX-VHHH (A350) KLAS-VHHH (777-300ER)
-
JetBlue KJFK-KLAX (A321) KLAS-KJFK (A320)
-
Air Canada Rouge B767 KLAS-CYYZ
I think ive flown American, Spirit, WestJet, and Easy Jet a Few Times…
You may see that I fly Delta a lot…
I never knew Cathay started a route to Las Vegas and the LAX route is apprantly operated by an A350
Cathay has the A350 from LAX-HHH, the 777-300ER is from LAS-HHH
It was lot of fun to do this question
Wow I have yet to see an A350, only know it flies to San Francisco and Vancouver for the West coast
Also the last time I checked I don’t see Las Vegas on the route list
actually, i think it was Hong Kong Airlines i took to get there from LAX. But i also remember flying a 777-300ER from Vegas.
Interesting Series! I was not actually expecting some of these answers.
When I’m getting off of the plane, I usually thank the pilots and the flight attendants, because they, along with pilots, do a lot for your safety and comfort. It takes a village to get a hunk of metal off the ground!
I fly every couple of weeks for work with very short notice, usually 1-2 weeks. When returning home from work, I’m often booking day-of or day-before my flight due to a long drive beforehand and strict company policies on the hours we are allowed to drive. All of my work-related flights are between CYYC and CYEG, only a half-hour flight or so, so obviously I fly economy on those flights. On short flights I like to sit in the emergency exit row over the wing, I’m 6’4” so I like the leg room. If I’m on a long haul flight (like my flight later this year from CYYC-YSSY), then I’ll fly business class. It’s worth the extra money. 99% of my flights are work-related, hopefully that number will come down now that I can afford to travel a little more.
If I’m not mistaken JetBlue does not have biz/first on their A320’s.
Its prob Economy Plus, but it was better seats and better drinks.
Yea, way different than Biz/First
I don’t think Delta has 787s
I mean, I like flying, but I only fly to get from point A to point B.
I’m a minor so I can’t exactly book my own flight. And flights are expensive.
I don’t know when we book. And we only really fly for vacation or when we move.
JetBlue A320 no first Class
DL 787 not existing…
It depends. IF I’m short on time, then I get off when it’s my rows turn. If I have time, I might talk to the pilots.
They don’t, they cancelled the orders
Oh. Well that blows.
The orders were inherited from Northwest Airlines
