São Paulo is the most populated city not just in Brazil
, South America or Latin America but is actually the most populated city in the Western Hemisphere in general. Like with most major global cities, there are 2 main airports in the city for commercial flights. The most famous one probably being the bigger and primary Guarulhos Airport which serves all international and long flights along with a good chunk of domestic operations across the country. From busiest Brazilian airport we stay in São Paulo and check out Congonhas, the 2nd busiest airport in Brazil
but also easily the most infamous in probably all over Latin America competing against Toncontin International Airport in Tegucigalpa, Honduras
from a big size airport we move to one that is essentially an aircraft carrier in the middle of the city similar to the likes of airports like New York’s LaGuardia (LGA) or Chicago’s Midway (MDW) The tight space, short runway and the tragic consequences of a runway overrun easily make this one of the most dangerous airports in the world and was the sight of the deadliest aviation accident in Brazilian history.
