It just shows how crazy the times are that we live in where Virgin Atlantic aircraft, that would usually be flying people off to Disney World Florida etc, are flying round with cardboard boxes on top of all their seats to just try and make some money!

Yeah it certainly is crazy, I remember Brussels airlines doing something similar with A330’s for a while, not sure if they’re still doing it or not, but hey I’m not complaining , I would’ve never seen a Virgin Atlantic 787 if it weren’t for these cargo flights.

I flew out of Charleroi last week. That place is usually quiet(ish) but on the day I went there was only 5 flights in the afternoon - 4x RyanAir and 1x WizzAir.
In the two hours that I was there I counted more Cessna’s landing and departing than jet aircraft.
But I did get to see one of the Air Belgium A340’s which was a nice surprise.

Oh wow yeah that’s indeed crazy, I’m excited for Air Belgium to start flights out of Brussels in December, I’ll have to spot some of those gorgeous A340’s.
