Every year, the organization “Girls in Aviation” holds an event to get young females interested in going down a career path in aviation. This year, the 9th annual event was held at Flying Cloud Municipal, in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, located just outside Minneapolis.
Though I’m not a girl, I think it’s amazing that girls and young women in Minnesota are taking interest in the aerospace industry, and making their way into the male dominated industry that is aviation.
